3. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to receive mobile messages and emails from Telegrab.
4. The prize is an "Apple® iPad^TM". We will ship the Prize to the winner within 6 to 8 weeks days of the promotion closing date. The winner is responsible for any and all fees associated with activating and using the prize. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receipt of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason
5. The promotion is open only to entrants who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry, and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States.
